•	NYS Issues MOLST Form Statewide for EMS Providers

	On July 7, 2008, the Governor signed Chapter 197 of the Laws of 2008 which now allows for the use of the MOLST Form across NY State, and effective immediately, EMS Providers may now honor the Do Not Resuscitate / Do Not Intubate (DNR/DNI) portions of the MOLST Form, as a substitution for the previously required NY State Out-of-Hospital DNR Form or Bracelet. More
