Situational Awareness - PCR/Patient Transfer at Hospital NYSDOH has advised the Suffolk County EMS Division that they have sent a letter to each agency in the State reminding EMS providers of their responsibility to leave a copy of the PCR at the hospital at time of patient transfer. We are writing to give you advance notice you will receive this letter;

Brookhaven Memorial Hospital Medical Center will be on Trauma diversion Friday, June 26, 2015 from 1900 until approximately noon on Saturday, June 27, 2015. The purpose of this diversion is to facilitate upgrades on the Hospital electrical infrastructure.
