Clinical Laboratories Improvement Act (CLIA) Permit-Waiver for Blood Glucometry

The county’s multi-site Clinical Laboratories Improvement Act (CLIA) Permit-Waiver for blood glucometry expires on April 19th. The renewal application was sent to Albany several months ago, we are awaiting new certificates that should arrive any day. Once those new certificates are received, we will distribute to your respective agencies via U.S.
